What you get
Spot alerts
An alert is sent only when something material hits a name on your list:
- Earnings or official guidance
- A filing that changes the last written thesis
- A major customer, regulator, or listing event
- A halt, delisting notice, or a primary-source accounting issue
No alert means nothing material that day. We do not write on ordinary price moves, rumours, or social media.
Weekly digest
One email each week. Every name is marked:

Predetermined target prices (provided by the client)
You may lodge two numbers per name, in the listing currency:
- Sell-review level — the price at which you want a notice to review an exit
- Average-down review level — the price at which you want a notice to review adding
These levels are predetermined by you. We do not set them. We do not invent them if you leave them blank.
When the last price crosses a lodged level, you get a spot alert the same day or the next morning. The alert confirms which level was hit and restates the latest thesis tag. It is not an order to sell or to average down. We do not change a level unless you send a new number in writing.

No buy. No sell. No position size.
How it works
- You send tickers, listing venues, and a one-line reason you own each name if you have one.
- You send, if you wish, a predetermined sell-review price and a predetermined average-down review price for each name.
- We agree the cap and the weekday for the digest.
- You sign a one-page letter.
- Alerts start when the list is accepted. The first digest goes on the next agreed date.
You never give login details. We have no authority to trade.

Who sets the target prices?
You. Sell-review and average-down review levels are predetermined by the client. We only watch the numbers you lodge.
If the sell-review level is hit, do you sell?
No. We have no authority to trade.
Can each stock have different levels?
Yes. Each name can have its own pair of numbers, or none.
What if nothing happens in a week?
The digest still goes out. Most lines will read Quiet.
Can you watch 30 names?
Not on this plan. Raise the cap only in a new letter, or use the research retainer.
Is this the same as independent equity research?
No. Research is the memo pack for offices and managers. This page is the monitor for individuals.
